This training provides an introduction to sensory processing differences and explores how sensory differences can impact a child’s experience within the school environment. The session will examine how sensory processing differences may present and the ways these can affect regulation, attention, behaviour, communication, participation, and learning throughout the school day.
Participants will develop a greater understanding of sensory differences alongside practical strategies to support pupils within educational settings. The training aims to promote more inclusive, supportive, and sensory-aware approaches that can positively influence both wellbeing and access to learning.
