Informal Curriculum Assessment
with Peter Imray
Specifically written for learners of all ages with Complex Learning Disabilities who are working on the Equals Informal Curriculum Pathway and newly published in January 2024, this webinar describes the Equals Informal Curriculum Assessment document and elaborates upon the fundamental principles necessary for effective progress descriptors. The issues discussed include engagement and the Engagement Model, SMART targets, the centrality of Play, the nature of a Process Based philosophy, how and (hugely importantly) what to assess and the importance of rigorous internal moderation.
